The Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Multiplayer is consider by many to be the main focus of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, promoting teamwork and communication through the use of squads. Squads are the key to success on the battlefield, they consist of 4 players who can communicate within their squad and their squad alone. Working with your squad is the quickest way to win and to gain a high score at the end of the game, all points that can be gained through actions on the battlefield are increased when they help you squad. Although these when helping your squad will gain more points, you should still help every one else on your team.

Vehicles play a major role in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Multiplayer, they are key to success. There are 5 general types of vehicles, Light, Heavy , Air, Water and Stationary.
